- Develop and implement effective material planning strategies to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to minimize holding costs while preventing shortages.
- Oversee procurement activities, including vendor selection, price negotiation, and contract management.
- Collaborate with suppliers to establish reliable and cost-effective supply chains.
- Production Scheduling:
- Create and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery deadlines.
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, and sales teams to balance capacity and demand.
- Monitor and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in orders, materials availability, or production issues.
