IT Support Analyst I
The analyst provides basic end user phone support and assistance with hardware and software. Examples include password maintenance, communication applications (i.e., Outlook and Teams), basic Microsoft Office applications, and a variety of additional enterprise applications. This position will also provide first tier support for telephony devices, workstations, and peripherals within the Grand Savings Bank environment.
IT Support Analyst I must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand problems and explain their solutions. They will also interact with and assist associates in a professional and friendly manner. Additionally, an effective Support Analyst I will demonstrate excellent communication skills; communicate accurate and complete information; maintain strict confidentiality when necessary; establish positive working relationships with co-workers, management team, and ancillary departments; and follow the Policies and Procedures of Grand Savings Bank and Basic Code of Conduct Guidelines.
