Position : IT Support Analyst

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day technical support to employees for a range of hardware and software-related systems.
- Respond to and diagnose problems through discussions with users, including troubleshooting, fault rectification, and problem escalation.
- Ensure effective and timely resolution of users problems, queries, or complaints.
- Assist in hardware and software evaluation and recommend upgrades or improvements to IT infrastructure.
- Acquire, install, configure, and maintain local office IT technology and related software, including multi-user computers, peripherals, personal computing devices, audio/video equipment, and the local area network (LAN).
- Analyze and evaluate technology products available in the marketplace for affordability, compatibility, expandability, and ease of use/support.
- Ensure uptime, performance, resource availability, and security of the PCs managed within established budgets and operational guidelines.
- Plan for and respond to service outages and other problems.
- Automate routine tasks using scripting and write basic computer programs to address more complex technology systems software configuration and enhancement.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Expertise in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware and software-related issues.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including PCs, peripherals, and LAN systems.
- Experience in analyzing and evaluating technology products for organizational needs.
- Proficiency in scripting and basic programming for automation and system enhancements.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
