What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Accountant position at Grand Senior Living?
Grand Senior Living (GSL) is a small but growing senior housing developer and operator based in Shelburne, Vermont. Since 2001, GSL has provided management and consulting for housing and care services to older adults, primarily throughout New England.
Currently, GSL manages five senior living communities: three in Vermont, one in New Hampshire, and one in Washington, DC.
GSL has been refining a model of senior housing that delivers high-quality housing and services at rates affordable to the “forgotten middle”—seniors with limited financial resources who may qualify for Medicaid waiver programs or who need cost-conscious options without sacrificing care. Our communities offer Assisted Living and Memory Care programs designed to meet these needs with dignity and compassion.
