Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Tenant Relations
- Manage property maintenance and administrative teams.
- Ensure timely communication via phone, email, and text using RingCentral and AppFolio.
- Build strong relationships with tenants and property owners.
- Oversee work orders, follow up with tenants, and ensure maintenance tasks are completed efficiently.
- Improve internal systems and workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Assist with scheduling, vendor coordination, and property inspections.
- Monitor and implement automations within property management software.
Marketing & Brand Awareness
- Oversee or create and manage property listings across multiple platforms (Facebook, FPF, etc.).
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns for property management services.
- Manage brand awareness and online engagement.
- Create and send monthly newsletters.
Leasing & Tenant Management
- Oversee lease applications, renewals, and move-in/move-out processes.
- Ensure security deposit returns comply with Vermont State Law.
- Provide strategic feedback on property listings and rental strategies.
Accounting & Admin Support
- Assist with processing invoices, coding bills, and following up on payments.
- Ensure compliance with lease agreements and rental payment tracking.
- Manage vendor, owner, and tenant insurance records.
- Assist with routine office tasks, including mail processing and record-keeping.
Field Support & Errands
- Assist with property showings, inspections, and local errands as needed.
- Ensure certified mail certified letters are mailed appropriately.
- Other tasks as requested.

- Willingness to use Hubstaff for time tracking during work hours.
- Understanding of real estate laws related to property management practices.
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and compliance requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $62,400.00 per year
