We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the President/Owner of Grand Steel . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendar
- Prioritize & Organize all incoming emails
- Assist in all aspects of travel and accommodations as needed
- Must be well versed with Google Suite applications
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Daily communication expected as a part time employee
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines in a busy environment.
- Proficient typing skills for efficient document preparation.
- High level of computer literacy, particularly with Google Suite applications.
- Exceptional phone etiquette for professional communication with customers
- Experience as a personal assistant is advantageous but not mandatory.
