What are the responsibilities and job description for the Steward/Dishwasher (Seasonal) Winter 2024/25 position at GRAND TARGHEE RESORT LLC?
SUMMARY
Responsible for cleaning and organizing service and cookware as well as overall cleanliness of assigned areas. Assists cooks and servers as needed. As a customer focused organization, a crucial part of each employee's job is to get and keep guests. A key part of every employee’s job is to serve as a Targhee ambassador, engaging the guest at every opportunity.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensure that all dishes and equipment are clean and sanitized
2. Ensure that all floors are kept clean and dry.
3. Remove garbage and trash, ensuring clutter-free work areas.
4. Responsible for daily cleaning duties throughout F&B.
5. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
6. Clean and organize service ware, cookware and dish station.
7. Housekeeping in F&B areas.
8. Flexible working hours. Some job sharing may be required.
9. This is not an exhaustive list of duties; others may be added as necessary.
RESPONSIBILITIES TO SAFETY:
1. Protect the safety of self, co-workers, and resort guests at all times.
2. Report any potentially harmful equipment or situations to immediate supervisor without delay.
3. Report safety-related accidents and incidents at once to immediate supervisor.
4. Follow all company and department safety policies and procedures.
5. Operate equipment in a safe manner that will not lead to injury of yourself or others.
6. Drive in accordance with the law and resort policies.
