Job Description
Our company is in Charlotte, NC. We are looking to hire an experienced construction Project Manager for luxury custom homes.
The ideal candidate will have :
Stable and verifiable experiences in New Custom Residential Construction Management of 10 years or more.
Proven ability to motivate and lead a team to reach our production timing and business goals.
Must be able to lead and direct hired subcontractors along with in-house labor crew.
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Microsoft Project, and various scheduling programs like BuilderTrend.
Proficient with obtaining and review estimates, change orders, purchase orders and variance purchase orders. Office time handling paperwork such as review invoices are required and need to be a strong asset to run a proficient job.
Strong verbal and written communication skills a must.
Must possess excellent communication skills with homeowners / clients.
Goal Oriented, self-starter, well organized and able to establish priorities and deadlines.
Must be able to read and understand job plans and specifications with knowledge of all trade involvement.
Must be capable of building and keeping project schedules.
Must be capable of managing subcontractors and scheduling job progress efficiently.
Ability to identify and resolve field vs. plan related discrepancies.
Knowledge and implementation of OSHA requirements.
Valid Driver’s License
10 plus years project management field experience is required.
