Summary: This position is responsible for supporting the overall strategic planning process and development of go to market plans. Working with senior management to assist in identifying high-value business opportunities, building out strategic project and communication plans to address these opportunities and supports the Marketing Manager in go to market deployment strategies through to completion. This position is also responsible for working with the extended marketing and product teams, including Sales, Corporate Communications, Brand and Training to ensure execution.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Works with the Marketing Manager in developing holistic marketing strategies for products, services, claims and retention to reach current and prospective customers through Grange and Integrity agency partners.
  • Plans, coordinates, facilitates, and manages go to market strategies to completion. Leads all phases of the product marketing life cycle, including defining marketing objectives. Leads the development and execution of marketing plans and tactics to deliver against agreed upon brand, business and financial goals.
  • Responsible for managing the overall project organization of go-to-market campaigns and works with the team to track progress against overall project timelines and to ensure requirements are met and project deliverable dates are on time and on budget.
  • Works closely with vendor partners to identify customer, prospective customer, agent and competitive insights, which drive product and program development.
  • Works with product managers to manage prioritization of tactical requests (i.e. tactics that fall outside of product launches and campaigns) needed to support the business unit objectives.
  • Works closely with others in Marketing, Sales, Corp Communications, Brand, Product to test and develop programs that enable agents to generate new business leads, retain business and grow their book of business with the Enterprise.
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of all program components.
  • Works with Brand team to incorporate consumer digital strategies.
  • Works with Marketing Operations to develop a strategic performance measurement plan, which includes identifying relevant KPI’s and goals to measure the performance of the overall marketing strategy and go to market tactics.
  • Maintains strong communication and relationships with working groups to ensure on time completion and successful execution of project deliverables.
  • Ensure the marketing programs are developed and executed and integrate the agent, customer and prospective customer needs to build sustainable, profitable demand for our products.

What You’ll Bring To The Company:

  • 4 years of successful marketing experience.
  • 1-2 years insurance industry experience a plus.
  • Bachelor of Science in Business, Marketing (or related field).
  • Proven ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Strong project management and people management skills.
  • Must have strong business aptitude and ability to interface with cross-functional teams.
  • Must have strong analytical, organizational, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be efficient and effective in multi-tasking.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be comfortable communicating with subject matter experts and supporting internal customers.
