The Enterprise Marketing Strategist will play a critical role in elevating the customer marketing experience throughout their unique financial journey with Huntington Bank. In this highly strategic position, the ideal candidate will be adept at using data, business goals, and customer insights to build successful marketing plans. Across multiple lines of business, this role will manage Huntington’s marketing efforts for strategic initiatives leading to business growth and retention.

Compensation Range
$93,000-$189,000
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).

What You’ll Do
- Build new initiatives from the ground up by understanding business goals, market trends, consumer behavior and the company’s strategic direction.
- Assess customer retention risk in high growth, competitive marketing landscape
- Lead cross-functional teams from Product, Data & Analytics, Marketing, and Digital to create and execute marketing plans.
- Build the go-to-market approach to ensure seamless customer experiences while driving business results and building brand awareness.
- Develop customer segmentation, targeting, and contact strategies to maximize the performance of key segments.
- Communicate with stakeholders to build awareness of the marketing strategy and contribution to the business.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
- 7-10 years of experience in marketing
- Experience working closely with the insights team to design and execute learning plans that draw clear and compelling outcomes.
- Experience partnering with the analytics team to understand the return on marketing investment
- Experience leading customer lifecycle, loyalty, retention marketing campaigns
- Understanding of marketing automation best practices, lead scoring, and list segmentation
- Strategic – create plans that align with business goals and objectives to deliver short-term production and long-term vision.
- Effective Communicator – effectively story tell and share ideas and plans with stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial – understand the big picture and also dig into the details. Measure risk and reward and choose paths that make the biggest impact.
- Proactive problem-solver - can test boundaries and propose creative new solutions.
- Analytical – analyze market, consumer, and competitor trends and use them for planning.
- Creative thinker – develop innovative ideas to differentiate Huntington.
