The primary function of the Office Support position is to focus on providing extra assistance with administrative tasks, scheduling, and communication between caregivers and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage caregiver schedules to ensure proper coverage for clients
- Communicate with caregivers and clients to confirm shifts, address concerns, and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Maintain accurate client and employee records in our system
- Assist with general office tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and data entry
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, families, and caregivers
- Support the team with other administrative duties as needed
The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous office experience
Monday thru Friday 9am-5pm
