We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and driven Campus Recruiter to join our team.
Position Overview:
The Campus Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, building relationships, and recruiting the best talent from colleges, universities, high schools, community colleges, and technical schools across the country. This role will require travel both in-state and out-of-state, attending career fairs, and leading outreach programs aimed at attracting top-tier interns and entry-level employees for Grant Cardone Enterprises. You will also play a key role in establishing long-term partnerships with campuses, creating internship programs, and ensuring we identify the next generation of professionals.
This is a full-time, on-site position, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm at our Aventura, FL office.
Key Responsibilities:
Campus Outreach & Partnerships:
- Travel to both in-state and out-of-state campuses to promote Grant Cardone Enterprises as an employer of choice.
- Establish and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with college/university career centers, high schools, and community and technical colleges.
- Coordinate with universities and schools to create and strengthen campus recruitment strategies.
Career Fairs & Networking:
- Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and recruiting conferences.
- Build and maintain relationships with career services teams, faculty, and student organizations.
- Organize and execute on-campus recruiting events and internship programs.
- Facilitate virtual career fairs with campus partners
Internship Program Development:
- Work closely with the HR team to design, develop, and implement a successful internship program that brings high-caliber candidates into the company.
- Manage internship recruitment from initial contact to placement, ensuring a smooth and professional process for all candidates.
- Develop and implement internship rotation programs, ensuring participants receive comprehensive exposure to sales and corporate roles.
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
- Utilize various recruiting platforms, job boards, social media, and campus networks to source potential candidates for both internship and full-time positions.
- Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure a strong pipeline of diverse candidates.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and effectiveness to senior leadership.
Branding & Employer Marketing:
- Promote Grant Cardone Enterprises’ brand to the next generation of talent through a variety of marketing and outreach strategies.
- Create and distribute engaging recruitment materials and content targeted at students and young professionals.
- Manage and optimize the company’s presence on college recruitment platforms and social media.
Key Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in campus recruitment, talent acquisition, or related fields.
- Experience with internship program development and college/university outreach.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and experience in full-cycle recruitment.
Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to effectively engage with students, faculty, and campus partners.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruiting events and initiatives.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with experience using recruiting platforms, social media, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- High level of adaptability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Travel Requirements:
- This position will require up to 25% travel (both in-state and out-of-state) to attend career fairs, recruiting events, and meet with campus partners.
