We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a key role in enhancing our technology systems and optimizing business processes. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in systems development, application design, and business process improvement. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate, integrate, and optimize software applications and systems, driving operational efficiency and ensuring seamless user experience across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive analyses of software applications, systems, and web services to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless systems integration and address questions or concerns from leadership.
- Present findings to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations for system development and improvements.
- Facilitate the integration of new workflows, systems, and applications into existing business operations.
- Enhance the performance of customer-facing portals and support services, ensuring a superior user experience.
- Develop and deliver training and support materials to ensure staff proficiency with new systems and software.
- Monitor and manage software licenses to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments (Leadership, Professional, Investor Relations) to promote business efficiency, security, and best practices.
- Implement new technologies and advancements in system architecture, ensuring continuous improvement in system functionality and performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in technical business analysis and systems development.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and database management.
- Experience creating process documentation and generating detailed reports.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Preferred: Accredited qualification in management consultancy or a related field.
- Familiarity with property management software (e.g., AppFolio) and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
- Experience designing and managing efficient customer portal systems and support feedback channels.
- Advanced expertise in system diagnostics and troubleshooting for optimal performance.
- Strong knowledge of data security protocols and encryption standards.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with emerging IT trends and industry best practices.
- Exceptional ability to communicate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of new systems and processes.
- In-depth understanding of relevant licensing and compliance regulations within the IT industry.
This is a full-time, onsite position located in Aventura, FL. Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. Only candidates living in a commutable distance from Aventura, FL will be considered for this role.
