Grant Creek Veterinary Services is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team! Our CSRs serve a vital role as the first and last point of contact with a client and their pet. As the face of the hospital, they greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while multi-tasking between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service, who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, excellent at multi-tasking, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.
This is a full-time position, with a [4 / 10 schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday.

This growth allows Dr. Keast to focus his attention on what he loves most—surgery! Between him and our associate, our hospital provides advanced services like complex soft tissue surgeries, TPLO, laryngeal paralysis, fracture repair, gallbladder removal, and more. We’re well-equipped, have great team longevity, and a staff that works well together. Currently, we are open Monday – Friday and take our last appointment at 4 : 30 pm to ensure our entire staff has a healthy work / life balance and time to explore our beautiful Missoula, Montana, community.
