Grant Creek Veterinary Services is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team! Our CSRs serve a vital role as the first and last point of contact with a client and their pet. As the face of the hospital, they greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while multi-tasking between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service, who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, excellent at multi-tasking, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.
This is a full-time position, with a 4 / 10 schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday.

This growth allows Dr. Keast to focus his attention on what he loves most-surgery! Between him and our associate, our hospital provides advanced services like complex soft tissue surgeries, TPLO, laryngeal paralysis, fracture repair, gallbladder removal, and more. We're well-equipped, have great team longevity, and a staff that works well together. Currently, we are open Monday - Friday and take our last appointment at 4 : 30 pm to ensure our entire staff has a healthy work / life balance and time to explore our beautiful Missoula, Montana, community.
