You will conduct 10–15 demos daily, introducing prospects to our solution’s key benefits. You’ll also learn their needs, handle initial objections, and smoothly pass qualified leads to our founder or senior sales for the final close. Key Responsibilities
- Product Demos & Presentations
- Conduct 10–15 virtual demos per day, tailoring the conversation to each prospect’s specific sales / marketing needs.
- Demonstrate key features (e.g., outbound campaign management, AI-powered calling, SDR training platform) in a clear, engaging manner.
- Discovery & Qualification
- Ask targeted questions to understand prospect pain points, current tech stack, and readiness to purchase.
- Evaluate fit, capture essential details, and document findings accurately in our CRM.
- Objection Handling & Basic Competitor Comparison
- Address common questions about how we compare to other solutions (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft) and highlight unique differentiators.
- Keep prospects engaged until the appropriate handoff point.
- Pipeline Management & Handoffs
- Update and maintain leads, demo notes, and next-step actions in our CRM.
- Collaborate closely with the founder or senior sales to ensure seamless handoffs and timely follow-ups.
- Feedback Collection & Collaboration
- Gather customer feedback, feature requests, and pain points from demos.
- Relay insights to the product and leadership teams to inform roadmap priorities.
