Account Manager (Sales Client Relations)

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Account Manager to join our growing team. This full-time hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dual role that combines sales and account management. As part of the team, you’ll build and nurture client relationships, manage projects from concept to completion, and spend 50% of your time prospecting and bringing in new business.

Key Responsibilities - Sales Development:
- Prospect and identify new business opportunities through cold emails, outreach campaigns, and targeted lead generation.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract and onboard new clients.
- Build a strong pipeline of potential customers, focusing on long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities - Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Manage projects from start to finish, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to deliver on time and within budget.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns or challenges.
Key Responsibilities - Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with the creative and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activity, project progress, and account health.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (experience in the promotional products industry is a plus).
- Strong skills in customer relationship management, negotiation, and project management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Office, and CRM software.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
