- Building Our Team : Recruit, interview, and hire qualified candidates who bring the skills, passion, and dedication to move our company forward. Collaborate with managers to identify talent that fits our culture and vision.
- Guiding Employee Journeys : Conduct background checks, verify eligibility, and support the onboarding process. You’ll also maintain and improve our orientation program to give new hires the best possible start.
- Supporting Employee Relations : Be a trusted resource for employees, fostering a positive work environment through clear policies, meaningful training, and ongoing support. Help mediate disputes, handle disciplinary matters, and address concerns with empathy and fairness.
- Driving Growth and Compliance : Stay up-to-date on employment laws, trends, and best practices. Continuously review and refine our policies to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
