Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid; typically 3 days per week in-office)
Compensation: $50,000–$75,000 annual salary, with potential for performance-based bonuses

Position Summary
Gray Space Strategies seeks an Executive Assistant to the CEO who will play a pivotal role in supporting the organization’s ambitious vision and mission. This highly organized and resourceful individual will ensure the CEO operates efficiently by managing priorities, coordinating relationships, and supporting high-level projects. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a dynamic leader and an influential team driving impactful initiatives in both government and industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive & Administrative Support: Act as the CEO's primary partner, expertly managing schedules, travel, and key priorities to ensure smooth operations.
- Strategic Calendar & Meeting Management: Coordinate the CEO’s calendar, set meeting agendas, and align scheduling with organizational priorities and strategic objectives.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted liaison between the CEO and external partners, maintaining professional representation and fostering solid relationships.
- Project Management Support: Assist with planning and tracking key projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations.
- Event Coordination: Organize meetings, travel, and events logistics to optimize the CEO's engagements and impact.
- Confidential Information Management: Handle sensitive information carefully and professionally.
Qualifications
Experience:
- 3–5 years in an executive assistant, project management, or similar role.
- Experience in consulting, professional services, or a fast-paced environment is preferred.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
