WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Golf Shop Attendant, your responsibilities will include:
- Checking in members and guests, assigning golf carts and maintaining logs.
- Assisting members and guests with merchandise questions.
- Checking out members and guests and maintain/monitor the front counter.
- Ensuring merchandise displays are maintained.
- Keeping the golf shop clean and organized
- Handling member requests professionally and courteously.
- Assisting with merchandise inventory when needed.
- Supporting other club departments when necessary.
- Maintaining club personal appearance standards by wearing the assigned uniforms.
- Adhering to all Dormie Network’s policies and procedures.
- Working with all other employees to become an efficient working team.
We are looking for a dedicated team member with:
- Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- The ability to work well under pressure in a sometimes fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- The ability to work independently while maintaining high service standards.
- A high school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Prior customer service experience (preferred)
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Able to bend, stretch, twist, and turn.
- Must be able to visually inspect merchandise items and member clubs for cleanliness.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Able to communicate with others.
- Able to work outside on occasion in various weather conditions.
