We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Auto Auction Sales Manager to join our auction team. Duties
- Engage with customers both in-person and over the phone to understand their needs and preferences.
- Proven ability to cold call clients in person in a business to business setting.
- Passion for developing long term relationships.
- Conduct cold calling and follow-up calls to prospective clients to generate leads.
- Utilize software tools for tracking leads, managing customer relationships, and processing sales documentation.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for increasing sales performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in an auto auction setting.
- Strong outbound sales skills with a focus on cold calling and lead generation.
- Strong ability to generate leads while still managing a team.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it can enhance customer interactions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with sales management practices is a plus.
