What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at Great Miami Veterinary Care?
We are seeking a receptionist at a veterinary office. The responsibilities include answering the phone, invoicing and processing payments, greeting and directing clients, and answering emails and texts. We are looking for someone who is kind, empathetic, calm and efficient. Your ability to learn, adapt and communicate while remaining pleasant is key. Independent, proactive work and team efforts are equally important.
We maintain a fun and cooperative environment and cute dogs and cats all day.
- Greeting and welcoming clients and patients entering the building or calling
- Scheduling appointments, triaging phone calls, communicating with staff members
- Provide basic and appropriate information during phone calls
- Scanning, emailing, texting through the day
- Invoicing, receiving payments, reconciling payments
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
