Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled IT Technician to join our team and provide break-and-fix support for HP and Lenovo laptops, desktops, and printers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining IT hardware in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair hardware issues on HP and Lenovo laptops, desktops, and printers.
- Perform break-and-fix services, including part replacements and upgrades.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and software.
- Conduct routine maintenance and performance checks on IT equipment.
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts used, and service reports.
- Ensure timely and efficient resolution of IT hardware issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing HP and Lenovo laptops, desktops, and printers.
- Knowledge of hardware diagnostics tools and repair techniques.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts.
- Ability to replace hardware components (motherboards, screens, keyboards, hard drives, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certifications (Preferred but not required): CompTIA A , HP/Lenovo vendor certifications.
