Roofing Laborer

Job Summary

We are urgently hiring a skilled Roofing Laborer to join our team. The Roofing Laborer will work under the supervision of our lead foreman to tear off and install new roofs on residential homes. This is a labor intensive job and requires you to work quickly and effectively. You will be mainly tearing off and supporting the main roofing crew.

Responsibilities

- Perform tear-offs and clean-ups, ensuring the proper disposal of old roofing materials.

- Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in proper working order.
- Install new roofing systems
- Repair or replace broken or missing shingles
- Work on residential roofs installing shingles
- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations

Requirements
- At least 1 year experience as a Roofer (Shingle Roofing - Preferred)
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of different roofing materials and techniques
- Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of the job
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Reliable transportation to the office, 7900 N Market St Spokane WA.

- Self motivated and independent

Schedule, Pay and Benefits:

• Full-time
• Monday - Friday, schedule can vary depending on weather, normal hours 6am-2pm
• Pay by piece. Pay is based on how efficiently you can work. The more skilled you are, the more money you can make.

Physical demands:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

Education/Experience:

- Previous installation experience - Preferred

- High School Diploma/GED - Preferred or equivalent job experience in related fields.

- Drivers License - Preferred
