RECEPTIONIST
SEASONAL POSITION AVAILABLE (Jan-Apr full time and other months part-time as needed) for busy tax and accounting office located in Brookfield, CT.
Salary commensurate with experience – hours are somewhat flexible, but dependability and commitment is most important.
Responsibilities:
· Answer & manage a 3-line phone system in a prompt & professional manner
· Transfer incoming calls to appropriate party or voicemail
· Meet and greet clients and guests
· Maintain front waiting area to make sure it shows a tidy and organized appearance at all times
· Calendar management using Google calendar which includes scheduling, confirming and changing appointments
· File and prepare folders for tax appointments
· General experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
· Scan documents
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or GED required; some college degree preferred
· Experience as front desk reception preferred
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Must be able to multi-task and maintain composure
· Must handle sensitive and confidential situations in a professional manner
· Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels
· Bilingual a plus
· Positive attitude an absolute MUST
