What are the responsibilities and job description for the Evening Adult Training - Math Instructor for ESOL Enhanced Advanced Manufacturing position at Greater Lawrence Technical School?
The instructor will provide TBD (20) hours of math instruction for the ESOL Enhanced Advanced Manufacturing Training for ELL adult trainees. Training should cover the fundamentals of industrial geometry and trigonometry. The students will learn geometry formulas, shapes, and constants used in the shop. The essentials of the trigonometry segment will cover the right triangle trigonometric functions, the use of tables, and finding angles and solutions of right triangles. The laws of cosines and sines will be presented. Teaching strategies should be designed to be accessible to ELL students. ELL Paraprofessional will assist Math Instructor.
