Knowledge, Skills & Experience
High School Diploma or GED
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information.
18 years of age
Current Clean Montana Driver's license
Experience
Any customer service experience.
Any Pharmacy experience welcome.

Comply with and reinforce all safety and HIPAA regulations/guidelines/procedures and programs according to company, local, state, and federal health code regulations; identify any unsafe conditions and notify management.
Computer/Iphone experience.
Comply with local, state, and federal regulations; report all illegal activity, including robbery, theft or fraud.

Work in a fast-paced environment, be a team player, be accommodating to pharmacy staff when/if additional deliveries are required or mail needs to be dropped off.

Main Duties and Responsibilities of the Role: these duties are the essential functions and are not all-inclusive of all duties that the incumbent performs.
Pick up sorted prescription orders and be certain totes are prepared adequately for home deliveries for that day. This may be the bulk of your daily expectations if there is a large delivery list.
Assist with training and the continuing education of pharmacy clerks who may fill in when you are out for the delivery processes.
Answer work cell phone safely following various city cell phone rules and adapt schedule for additional stops/tasks that are appropriate to complete timely.
Complete all administrative errands including bank deposit and post office drops.
Minor custodial responsibilities, including cleaning twice a week at Columbia Falls Sykes.
Cross-trained to fill in when necessary as a Pharmacy Clerk, which includes using a computer to take payments.
Make sure vehicle maintenance is scheduled/performed and coordinated with Management and vehicle is filled with fuel and the interior and exterior are kept clean.
Collect bank deposits and outgoing/interoffice mail or supplies. (From Admin or Pharmacy Staff)
Take bank deposits to bank and take outgoing mail to post-office. This may require having to wait in line to mail envelopes/packages when needed.
Contact satellite clinics for miscellaneous drop off / pick up of supplies or USPS mail or interoffice mail or supply delivery.
Collect sharps waste from satellite clinics and pharmacies and deliver to mail clinic drop off bins.
Collect lab specimens from Hungry Horse satellite clinic and deliver to Logan Health Lab in Kalispell 3-4 times a week or as needed.
