Greatness Wins is seeking a creative and passionate Social Media & Community Manager to drive our brand's presence and engagement across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, a keen eye for content creation, and a strong passion for athletics and the culture around sports. As the Social Media & Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping Greatness Wins's online voice, engaging with our community, and executing innovative social media strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok YouTube, and Facebook.
- Independently create compelling and on-brand content, adhering to Greatness Wins's creative direction and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate, plan, and execute social media coverage for marketing stories, product drops, partnerships, and community outreach moments.
- Own, strategize, and build the social content calendar for the entire organization.
- Attend and capture content at Greatness Wins events and those of close partners.
- Work effectively cross-functionally and collaborate with various team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and community management.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing engaging social media campaigns.
Skills
- Mastery of all core social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok YouTube, and Facebook.
- Professional understanding of the latest social media marketing trends and techniques.
- Social-focused image/video production and editing skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
THINGS TO KNOW

- The position reports to the Head of eCommerce.
