We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all phases of construction.
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Prepare and manage contracts, ensuring all parties adhere to contractual obligations.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and compliance with plans.
- Utilize project management software such as Primavera, Prolog, and Bluebeam for effective tracking and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and solutions.
- Secure materials and negotiate sub-contractor agreements
