- Perform Preventative Maintenance: Execute daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance on lodge buildings and fixtures to keep everything running smoothly.
- Quickly Respond to Room Repairs: Collaborate with Housekeeping to address room repairs efficiently, ensuring guests have a seamless experience.
- Record and Report: Keep detailed records of maintenance tasks, and report any safety issues that need immediate attention.
- Assist Across Departments: Support other departments as needed to maintain a smooth and guest-centered environment.
- Deliver Excellent Service: Respond to guest requests with a friendly, can-do attitude, helping to create a comfortable and welcoming stay.
Who We're Looking For:
- Experienced & Handy: You have 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field, with skills in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
- Detail-Oriented & Reliable: Strong attention to detail, ensuring all maintenance tasks meet high standards.
- Service-Minded: Friendly, positive, and committed to providing great service to guests and colleagues alike.
- Physically Fit: Comfortable with the physical demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in various conditions.
- Flexible: Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
