**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Process Control Engineer to join our team at the Green Bay Packaging - Arkansas Kraft Mill Division.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation systems, including Foxboro DCS, ABB QCS, and Allen Bradley PLC's. Responsibilities include day-to-day maintenance, new project implementation, and system reliability for all mill automation systems.

This role requires staying up-to-date with new technologies and maintaining a vision to support the strategy of being a leader in our business. This includes avoiding equipment obsolescence while prudently managing equipment costs.
An undergraduate degree in engineering is preferred, but experience in lieu of a degree may be considered. The successful candidate will have 5 years of recent experience working in a large industrial environment, preferably an integrated paper mill.
Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively deliver consistent messages at all levels are essential. The Process Control Engineer will work with various operating groups to meet their needs while focusing on overall improvement of a solid operational system.
