Position Overview
The General Worker is responsible for a variety of entry-level position tasks and is assigned wherever needed during their shift.
Responsibilities
- Material handling utilizing forklifts, clamp trucks and pallet jacks
- Feeding / operating machines
- Assisting in sheeting, printing, die cutting, finishing, forming and shipping as needed
- Performing quality checks
- General plant clean up
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Quality conscious individual
Good communication skills
Basic math and computer skills
Mechanical aptitude
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Willingness to work 3rd shift (10pm-6am Sunday - Thursday) with some overtime / weekend work
Ability to work safely and comply with all safety rules and policies
Ability to understand and comply with Company policies and plant rules
Maintain a clean work environment
Prior manufacturing experience preferred, but no experience required
