We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and exceptional customer service to our clients and staff.
FT = Hourly Position
Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Greets visitors, answers phones and correctly routes call’s, responds to internal and external inquiries and notifies the appropriate department for all deliveries
- Performs various office support duties, filing, operation of office equipment, ordering supplies and refills supplies as needed.
- Organizes meetings and coordinates travel arrangements.
- Preparing and issuing of BOL’s and process PO’s
- Daily housekeeping of conference rooms, common areas and restrooms to ensure they are organized and tidy
- Assist with employee engagement activities
- Recording in-bound and out-bound grain trucks
- Front Office Sales Merchandise – point of sale and inventory management
- Performs routine clerical duties, process incoming mail and outgoing mail, including data entry
- Assists with shipping and receiving; processes orders as required; tracks orders, processes returned shipments and investigates problems
- Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience for all visitors, such as being personal and attentive
- Processes invoices for payment
- Processes and documents, returns as required following established procedures
- Assists the accounting department or other administrative duties, as requested
- Performs other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- High School diploma or GED
- Professional, organized, self-starter with strong
- Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Ability to take initiative and be proactive
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of supplies and office equipment
- Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Ability to be a team player and/or work independently
- Can successfully handle and prioritize multiple work assignments
- Job hours are from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
