As our newest Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing plumbing and HVAC-related construction projects from start to finish. You'll be collaborating with field labor supervision to ensure compliance with state and federal licensing agencies, reviewing contracts and subcontract agreements, and developing favorable relationships with clients. You'll also be responsible for creating project schedules, ensuring proper safety policies and methods are utilized, and effectively purchasing materials and equipment.
We're looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years' experience in project management with full mechanical contracting or related construction firms, as well as experience with software tools including Procore, MS Office, and Autodesk. Experience with design-build construction and large commercial and industrial projects is highly desirable.
