What are the responsibilities and job description for the Host/Dispatch position at Green Mill Restaurant & Bar?
We are looking for sociable individuals looking to join our Host/Dispatch team at your local Green Mill. Host/Dispatch team members are responsible for seating guests that come to dine in, and assisting other Front of House staff members with running food to tables, bussing and clearing tables, as well as other necessary tasks to make service run smoothly. Host/Dispatch team members are often in positions where they have to multitask, be that organizing and packing multiple separate orders for the delivery drivers to answer telephone orders and helping take out orders cashed out.
Job requirements include but are not limited to:
- Standing for entire shift
- Ability to transport up to 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in loud places
- Reliabilty
- Ability to work quick and thoroughly
- Basic phone ettiquette
- Must be 16 or older
