About the Role:
As the Senior Social Media Coordinator, you are passionate about digital engagement, thrive in a dynamic setting, and know how to craft compelling content that drives results. Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop & Execute Social Media Strategies –
- Manage day-to-day social media activities for clients, ensuring content aligns with brand voice, marketing goals, and audience engagement.
- Create, update, and maintain monthly Content Calendars, and deliver to clients promptly.
- Support campaigns by assisting in the development and execution of digital content creation and paid social strategies.
Content Creation & Curation –
- Write, edit, and produce high-quality content, including short and long-form copy, social media graphics, reels, and stories for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Coordinate and schedule social media posts across platforms, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with each client’s unique brand voice.
Community Management –
- Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions in a timely and authentic manner that utilizes the unique brand voice of individual client concepts.
- Keep up-to-date with profile links and highlights across platforms.
Analytics & Reporting –
- Track key performance metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- Submit KPI reports to clients each month.
Trendspotting & Innovation –
- Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep clients at the forefront of digital marketing.
- Assist with implementing strategic content that aligns with emerging trends and industry-specific best practices.
Influencer & Partnership Collaboration –
- Identify and manage relationships with influencers, media, and brand partners to enhance client visibility.
- Communicate with the Green Olive Public Relations team on all potential influencer collaboration and brand partnership opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of experience in social media management and content creation, preferably in hospitality or food and beverage industries.
- Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for brand aesthetics.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, scheduling tools (e.g., Later), and analytics (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Experience with photo and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and clients simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for food, hospitality, and lifestyle brands is a big bonus!
