Responsibilities
- Client and patient satisfaction
- Greeting each client with a smile
- Managing the hospital schedule
- Being a patient advocate
- Managing incoming calls
- Addressing client/patient needs
Skills
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills- veterinary based software used
- High school degree
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.50 - $19.50 per hour
