Overview:
We’re looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Field Marketing Representative to be the face of Flav at dispensaries, events, and community activations. In this role, you'll engage with consumers and retail staff to educate, inspire, and build lasting connections. Whether you're hosting a demo or attending a trade event, you’ll bring the brand to life, drive product awareness, and help grow our presence in a fast-evolving industry. Key responsibility / Duties:
- Represent the cannabis brand at in-store demos, dispensary events, and promotional activations.
- Educate customers and budtenders on product offerings, brand story, usage methods, and effects.
- Drive product awareness and boost sales through direct engagement and product sampling (where permitted).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail staff and dispensary partners.
- Ensure all brand messaging aligns with company standards and local cannabis regulations.
- Set up and break down event displays and promotional materials.
- Collect customer feedback and report insights to the marketing or sales team.
- Maintain knowledge of current cannabis trends, competitors, and product innovations.
- Track and report demo/event performance (sales made, engagement, feedback, etc.).
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand with enthusiasm and integrity.
Skills :
- Customer Engagement – Ability to educate and interact with customers in a friendly, informative, and professional manner.
- Sales & Promotion – Skilled in promoting products, upselling, and meeting sales targets.
- Compliance Awareness – Knowledge of local/state cannabis regulations and commitment to compliant behavior.
- Communication Skills – Excellent verbal communication for live events, demos, and retail settings.
- Social Media Savvy – Comfortable promoting the brand through digital platforms (optional but valuable).
- Networking – Building relationships with dispensary staff, budtenders, and industry professionals.
- Adaptability – Comfortable working in various environments (retail shops, festivals, events, etc.).
- Brand Representation – Strong personal presentation and ability to authentically represent the brand’s voice and values, consumption methods, and effects. (edibles, vapes, live vs distillate, etc.)
- Event Marketing – Experience with brand activations, pop-ups, and dispensary demos. (Preferred but not required.)
Qualifications :
- Must be 21
- Have a valid drivers license and working vehicle
- Ability to transport equipment and carry 50 pounds
- Reliable, timely, and professional communicator
- Engaging and friendly disposition

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
