Greenbrook is a leading provider of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy and Spravato, FDA-cleared non-invasive therapies for the treatment of Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) and other mental health disorders. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Account Manager to join our team.

\

As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key healthcare providers, positioning Greenbrook as a leader in TMS therapy. Your responsibilities will include:

\
    \
  • Building strong relationships with behavioral health providers, psychiatrists, therapists, primary care physicians, and other key accounts
  • \
  • Engaging healthcare professionals in dialogue about clinical evidence, approved indications, and product efficacy/safety profiles
  • \
  • Developing business plans and local strategies that focus on account prioritization and account-specific strategies
  • \
  • Analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities for growth
  • \
  • Maintaining accurate administrative records and reporting expenses
  • \
  • Routinely reviewing center-specific reports to evaluate trends and develop strategic plans
  • \
  • Generating contacts and sales leads, and achieving territory goals
  • \
      \

      The ideal candidate will have:

      \
        \
      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      • \
      • At least 2 years of full-time, successful B2B/healthcare/medical sales/marketing experience
      • \
      • Demonstrated track record of territory growth and exceeding targets
      • \
      • Thorough knowledge of business development and competency in navigating the complete sales cycle
      • \
      • Strong clinical sales ability and effective communication skills
      • \
      • Leadership, self-motivation, dynamic, and shows initiative
      • \
      • Ability to learn, analyze, understand, and convey complex information
      • \
      • A valid driver's license and safe driving record
      • \
          \
