Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Responsibilities include:
The person in this position will be the Administrator of the eBadge Program and will be required to track all employees and their progress through the tiers and certifications. The person will provide clerical support as well as data entry- input and output; review computer data ,reports and documats for format, completeness and accuracy.
The person in this position will be responsible to maintain and extract data from HCSIS Provider site to accumulate quantities of required information for reports to the Executive Director, Greene and Washington Counties, as well as to the Region and State offices as needed. Strong documentation, written, data analyst and presentation skills required.
The person will also assist the Human Resource Director in the recruiting and hiring process- interviews, running clearances, trainings, attending job fairs and other hiring events. This person will also be responsible for tracking clearances, background checks and physicals of all employees to ensure updates as required.
This person will be an active member of the Quality Management committee and assist in gathering data, for quarterly meetings; also will be required to become a Certified Investigator. This person will provide coverage for the reception area and Program areas, as needed. Any other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Accredited State High School Diploma or GED required.
Business School Certification preferred
OR
Three years of progressively responsible experience in the review, analysis, and control of computer processed data. Experience in reviewing and converting data reports.
Valid Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record.
Must Pass Child Abuse History, FBI (fingerprinting), and Criminal Record Check Clearances as well as pre- hire Physical and TB Test
