Position: HR Generalist

Location: Oxford, NC

Pay: $60,000 to $70,000/annually Bonuses!

Experience: 3 years of HR Generalist experience; 1 year in manufacturing preferred.

Education: Degree in Human Resources or related field.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Greene Resources is seeking an HR Generalist to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

• Assist in the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
• Facilitate onboarding and support employee engagement initiatives.
• Administer employee safety programs and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Manage leave programs including FMLA, STD, and LTD.
• Support performance management, training, and development efforts.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
• Maintain and update the HRIS system.
• Handle sensitive HR issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Coordinate workshops, training sessions, and development programs.
• Support strategic HR initiatives across the organization.

Position Requirements:

• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of employment laws and safety regulations.
• Experience with safety teams in manufacturing.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer service-oriented and team-focused.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
