Job description
Greener Group is looking for an Excavating Working Foreman. A company vehicle will be provided for this salary position.
The Foreman will:
- Perform in the field with minimal supervision
- Provide a safe work environment for the customer as well as employee
- Provide site-specific progress updates to customers and management upon request
- Maintain Greener Group's high-quality standards
- Strive to achieve customer satisfaction
Projects will include:
- Residential house foundations
- Large commercial projects
- Septic systems
- Sewer/water & grading
Requirements
- Knowledge of shooting grades
- Experience with reading & understanding plans
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Additionally, we have a Training Center where we require our employees to participate in ongoing safety training in various fields of our industry. Our office is staffed with estimators, project managers, accounting, costing, and a business development team.
