About the Role:
As an Office Manager at Lemay Avenue Health and Rehab, you will:
Greet and assist visitors, handle phone calls, and manage mail distribution.
Maintain financial and administrative records, including resident trust accounts, employee files, and accounts payable.
Support payroll, banking, and office operations by preparing deposits, processing payroll documents, and maintaining office supplies.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Skills:
Essential for managing files, scheduling, inventory, and paperwork, which are critical for smooth operations in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
Needed to effectively interact with residents, families, staff, and external vendors or service providers.
Important for handling budgets, accounts payable, payroll, and resident trust funds accurately and responsibly.

Our Total Rewards package includes a salary range of between $16.50 - $19.50/hr. DOE
