Job Title: Office Assistant
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in data entry, CRM and other computer software, accounts receivable and customer service .
Responsibilities:
- Assist the office manager and other employees with basic data entry and CRM updates.
- Make and receive calls regarding billing, and accounts receivable.
- Keep up to date email inbox and update company calendrers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with customer service
- Familiarity with computers, google suite, and other computer software
- Self disciplined time management. Ability to self start and initiate daily tasks.
- Simple math proficiency with partial payment.
- Integrity in receiving and tracking payments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
