Assistant Supervisor of Production

**Essential Duties**

As the Assistant Supervisor of Production, your responsibilities will include:

- Supervision of daily completion of productivity data.

- Efficient management of Field ID Tagging.

- Oversight of Pot and Fertilizer Inventory.

- Collaborative assistance to the Planting Supervisor in managing field workers.

- Some weekend work is required

**Desired Skills**

We are looking for candidates with the following skills:

- Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

- Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, etc.

- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

- Ability to climb and use repetitive hand motions

- Must be able to work in all weather (heat, cold, wind, rain, dust)

**Education**

Bachelor's degree in Horticulture or Agriculture

**Compensation and Benefits**

- Hourly wage: $16-18/hr

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
