School Secretary/Administrative Assistant
Greensburg Central Catholic Junior-Senior High School has a full-time (40 hr.) School Secretary/Administrative Assistant position available. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Access, Excel, Publisher) and other computer skills. High school diploma or equivalent. The ability to learn specific software applications for school/student record management. Strong ability to multiple task. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to relate to a variety of persons. Ability to honor and maintain confidentiality. The school secretary provides support services to the principal and/or assigned school staff. She/he collaborates with the principal and other staff in implementing the mission of the high school. Her/his specific focus is on the school’s mission of being welcoming and hospitable to students, their families, teachers, and visitors to the school office. The School Secretary/Administrative Assistant is a person of faith, committed to Gospel values.
