Position Specific Qualifications -- Construction Foreman:
- 3 years plus of verifiable experience
- Coachable and positive attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to run equipment including skid steers and excavators
- Irrigation
- Hardscape
- Plant and turf knowledge
- Implement landscape plans
For all positions:
- Valid driver's license is required
- Background check performed at time of employment.
- All employees are required to pass a drug screening at start of employment, along with random company testing throughout the season.
