Shifts: M-F, hours may vary.
- On-site/hybrid
Location: Glenridge Office in Atlanta, Georgia. Little, if any travel required.
Organizational: This position reports to the Director Operations Accounting.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of payments (and payment returns) from multiple channels to customer accounts in the System of Record each day.
- Maintain oversight of Unapplied Payment Tracker.
- Monitor Salesforce cases for credit balance accounts and process refunds in compliance with corporate policy.
- Process financial operations requests from Customer Service and other Operations groups.
- Work Mail directed to the team: Unprocessed payments from the Lockbox, new payments, etc.
- Other related business duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or management as required.
Required Skills/Qualifications
- Working knowledge of back office or operational functions of Payment services industry (Lockbox, Bill pay, payment returns).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with advanced Excel skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with good attention to detail.
- Familiarity with FastTrack and Salesforce system desired.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize efficiently to meet critical business deadlines.
- Team-player capable of working both collaboratively and independently with willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- College or associate degree preferred.
