Position Summary
Teach private violin lessons (beginner to advanced) for children and adults of all ages as a substitute teacher, approximately 4-6 hours per day, on certain days of the week, depending on the faculty member’s scheduling needs.
Responsibilities
- Instruction and management of private lessons for all of the students in the faculty member’s studio
Qualifications
- Minimum Master’s Degree in Music in Violin Performance
- Must have three or more years’ experience teaching young children
- Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate directly and sensitively with parents
- Professional integrity and a strong sense of moral and ethical standards
Vaccination Requirement
