We are currently seeking an Inventory Specialist to join our growing team. This role is critical in ensuring our inventory processes run efficiently and our customers receive the products they need, when they need them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including receiving, tracking, and managing stock levels.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Organize and optimize the warehouse layout for maximum efficiency.
- Coordinate with the procurement and sales teams to ensure inventory aligns with demand forecasts.
- Track and document shipments, returns, and damaged goods.
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems and practices.
- Generate reports on inventory status and recommend adjustments to minimize waste or shortages.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a related role (required).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with inventory software and data analysis tools is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members across departments.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); additional education in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is a plus.
